These terms set out how you can use www.intelli.baby and the apps in the intelli.baby series, what we do for you and what to do when something does not work.

## Who we are

The website and apps are provided by Proximitech sp. z o.o., Poland.

For anything to do with these terms, contact us through our [contact form](/contact-us/).

## What we offer

- **Articles on the website** — free, with no account needed.
- **Contact, support and user data request forms** — free.
- **The intelli.baby apps**, such as Perfect Pitch for Babies and Math for Babies — available from the App Store and Google Play. Some content in the apps requires a paid subscription.

## Buying a subscription

You buy subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play. The store sells the subscription on its own terms: you pay the store, and the store handles billing and receipts. The price, billing period and any free trial are shown in the store before you buy.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds are handled by the store, under its own rules. If the app itself does not work as it should, contact us — that part is ours to fix.

You can restore your subscription on a new device through the same App Store or Google Play account you bought it with.

## Your progress

The apps have no accounts. Progress is kept on your device. To sync it to other devices, the apps save an encrypted copy on our servers under a random sync ID, which you move to another device by scanning a QR code on the first one. The key stays on your devices, so we cannot read the copy.

Because the sync ID is not linked to your name or any other details, we cannot tell whose progress is whose. If you lose every device that holds the ID, the progress cannot be restored. A synced copy that has not been updated for 6 months is deleted from our servers; it stays on your device and can be shared again from there. How we handle this data is described in our [Privacy Policy](/privacy-policy/).

## Using the apps with your child

The apps are made for parents to use together with their young children. You decide how and how much your child uses them.

The apps are learning tools. We cannot promise any particular result for your child — every child develops differently and at their own pace.

## About our articles

The articles on the website are for general information and education. They are not medical, health or professional advice and do not replace advice from your doctor, paediatrician or another specialist. If you have any concerns about your child's health or development, talk to one.

We try to keep the articles accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that they are complete or free of errors.

## Fair use

Please do not disrupt the website or apps, try to access parts of our systems that are not public, or download content automatically in a way that puts load on our servers. Do not send unlawful content through our forms.

## Your license to use the apps

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the apps on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial purposes. For apps downloaded from the App Store, Apple's standard license agreement also applies — see our [End-User License Agreement](/end-user-license-agreement/).

## Copyright

The content of the website and apps — text, images, audio, video and design — is protected by copyright. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Copying, publishing or distributing it, in whole or in part, requires our permission.

## Complaints

If something does not work, tell us through our [support form](/support/) or [contact form](/contact-us/). Describe the problem and give the email address you want us to reply to. We will look into it without undue delay and reply to that address.

Complaints about payments go to the store you paid through.

## Liability

We work to keep the website and apps running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee that they will always be available or free of errors. Maintenance, faults and problems at our providers can cause interruptions.

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for:

- decisions you make based on our articles,
- interruptions to the website or apps,
- progress data that cannot be restored because every device holding its sync ID was lost, or because it was deleted after 6 months without updates,
- the content and services of third parties we link to, or the operation of the App Store and Google Play.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer law, and we do not exclude liability for damage caused intentionally.

## Your data

How we process personal data is described in our [Privacy Policy](/privacy-policy/). The website does not use cookies — see our [Cookie Policy](/cookie-policy/).

## Changes to these terms

We may change these terms for good reasons: changes in the law, changes to what we offer, or technical or security reasons. We will update this page and the date at the top. Changes do not affect rights you have already acquired.

## Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

If we cannot resolve a dispute together, you can also turn to your local consumer protection organisations. In Poland, these include municipal or district consumer ombudsmen (rzecznik konsumentów) and the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa). Using them is voluntary.
