Delete your progress data

The apps in the intelli.baby series, including Perfect Pitch for Babies and Math for Babies, have no accounts, so there is no account to delete. The only data we hold is an encrypted copy of your child’s progress, used to sync it between your devices. It contains no names, photos or contact details.

On your device

Everything you enter in the app, and your child’s progress, is stored on your device. Deleting the app deletes it.

On our servers

The synced copy is encrypted, and the key stays on your devices, so we cannot read it. Once you delete the app from all your devices, no one can read it.

We delete it automatically once it has not been updated for 6 months.

To have it deleted sooner, send us the sync ID shown in the app through the user data request form.

Your subscription

Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
